Prof Kurt April
Kurt is a shareholder and Executive Director of AAGroup. He began his long history with the company as a Non-Executive Director, and adds great value to discussions and decisions on the evolution of the company. In his academic capacity, Kurt is a Sainsbury Fellow and tenured Professor of Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion at the Graduate School of Business of the University of Cape Town (South Africa); Associate Fellow of Said Business School (University of Oxford, UK); Research Fellow of Ashridge-Hult (UK); Faculty Member of Duke Corporate Education (Duke University, USA) and Visiting Professor at London Metropolitan University (UK).
Roland is CEO of 118Contact Centre (PTY) Ltd. He has significant combined experience in the contact centre, financial services, telecommunications and logistics industries, which gives him a rich perspective on business and technology. He has a sound history of close collaboration with AAGroup across contact centre and IT services, respectively and contributes his valuable expertise as an AAGroup Executive Director and Shareholder.
Dr. Preeya Daya
Preeya works as an international consultant, executive manager and academic advisor, specialising in workplace performance improvement programs and strategic human resource management, including organisational behaviour. She has acted as an independent consultant to AAGroup for a number of years, providing academic expertise on contemporary workplace performance theories and practices. She is an AAGroup Shareholder and passionate champion of enriching performance through people.
As AAGroup General Manager of Shared Services, Glynnes leads a diverse portfolio including all human resource functions and multiple client contact centre services. She ensures all staff deliver consistent, efficient, first class support to every participant, every day. Glynnes is an AAGroup Shareholder and maintains high service level standards with care, humour and commitment.
